6:30pm-7:30pm

Teens who grow together in God's love through worship, friendship and community.

Youth group at Ankeny First UMC includes youth from grades 6th-12th. Each Wednesday night throughout the school year, youth group meets at the CLC to worship, listen to a message, share life in small groups, and have fun. Youth spend about 2/3 of the evening in large group, then split into grade-level small groups to have discussions about how the lesson for the night can impact the way they live. REMAINING SUMMER Meeting dates:  August 5 and August 19. Same time. Same place.

Fall 2026 Schedule:
The regular weekly fall schedule will begin on August 26 as school resumes.

Jude Aboagye has been on staff since August 8, 2022. Beginning July 27, 2026, Jude is taking a new job with DMARC Food Pantry in Des Moines, Iowa. We thank Jude for his faithful service to YOUTH GROUP and look forward to seeing him around our church as another adult invested in the lives of our YOUTH!
